• Our smallest Cook & Hold oven, the AS-250 has many of the features that our larger models have. Don’t let the microwave-like appearance fool you. This oven is genuine Cook & Hold.


• Capacity – 25 pounds (11kg), 1 full-size/GN pan.


• Cooks by time or by probe – Cook either by time or by setting temperature cutoffs using the integrated probe.


• Programmable memory – The AS-250 features eight programmable menu buttons, allowing you to store your favorite recipes. Each recipe stores cook, hold, time, and probe set points.


• Easy-to-read display – The LED display indicates cook time remaining or the full range of stored recipe information.


• Records cooking temperatures – When cooking by probe, the AS-250 will record the highest and lowest temperatures sensed by the food probe, assuring that foods are cooked to required temperatures.


• Easy to clean and maintain – No exposed heating elements. Shelving and racks are easily removable. Simply wipe the oven out with a mild detergent.
